I have to thank you for your letter dated 30th April,

in which you are so good as to enclose a copy of conditions

for sale by private treaty of a marine lot at Ma-tau-kok,

Kowloon.

The matter was fully considered at our Board Meeting

held on 7th Instant and we are by this Mail communicating with

our Committee at Hong Kong thereon. They are asked to forward

a definite reply to the Public Works Department at Hong Kong

and in due course I will send you a copy of such reply.
